Salam..hari ni aku nk cite skit cmne nak dpt kn six pack bg jejaka2 diluar sane..kite kene jg bdn biar nmpk smart..muke x hensem xpe janji bdn smart..cm sy, sejak keje dikuantan sy agk aktif untk wat six pack ni..dulu 1pack je..haha..skrg ade lah nmpk skit..tips die ialah:
1- Bgn pagi2
2- Mnm air masak segelas
3 - Sit up 100x
4- push up 50x
5- chin up 30x

kdg2..kite kene g gym untk build muscle..contoh nye..1session work out kite just wat 1 major muscle(chest,shoulder n mcm2 lg) n pas 2 wat muscle2 kecik cm biceps..tp kite kene balance kn upper body n lower body tkt nanti besar ats, bwh kecik..hihi..n then dlm seminggu at least 3x jog untk cardio..tp bg sy jog ni mls skit..hihi..
